Is This Change? Buhari reduces 42 ministries to19; merges EFCC with ICPC

Yes! the CHANGE has finally began, as President Muhammadu Buhari sets to reduce 42 ministries reduced to 19. In the course of fulfilling his promise, and implementing the recommendation given to him by the APC transition committee, Buhari is set to merge some ministries together in other to safe cost on cut down the expenses and properly face and respond to pressing of Nigeria masses.To begin with, the federal government is set to merge Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) with the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission, ICPC. this is to ensure the two commissions to deliver fearlessly and promptly.
