A CCTV installed in a bank captured a disabled man in a wheelchair robbing a teller and after receiving over N150,000 in bills, the suspect then fled. According to official police reports, the man who appears to be in his 30s, made clean his escape with his wheelchair, which the report tag as ‘getaway vehicle.
