Niger Delta Militants Invades Nigeria Customs Base In Akwa Ibom State

The invasion of Nigerian Customs Service Base in Oron, Akwa Ibom State by suspected heavily armed Niger Delta militants has resulted in the death of an officer and the loss of about 10 rifles belonging to the security agency. According to a source, the last time the militants invaded prior to this incidence, they over powered the marine police and carted away their arms while the policemen fled for their lives.
